Holidays.

I love going on holiday and I find that there is nothing better than getting on a plane and flying away for a couple of weeks in order to escape from one's daily routine, different surroundings, climate and people all go together to refresh your body and mind and forget all about your life back home. I also like having short breaks at home and have been to many places around the UK, I am going to write about some places that I have been to and describe some of my experiences.

Malta.

My favourite holiday destination is Malta, a small island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, it lies approx 80km south of Sicily, with a very warm climate and only four hours flying time from Heathrow it makes for the ideal destination for me because my Dad came from there and I have lots of family that I like to visit. You can feel the heat from the moment that you step off the plane and it hardly ever rains making it a great escape from the British weather. Going to see the family is the main reason that I like to go but other things I like about the Maltese is that the Malteses are very friendly people, Malta has a very warm climate and it hardly ever rains, most Maltese speak English and they drive on the left.  Below are some pictures from my personal albums that I have taken during my visits to Malta.
