Many of my friends come to me for help and advice when thier computers are not functioning correctly and although I am not a professional and am not qualified I have been able to learn alot about PC's and how they work just by reading magazines and through my own practiable experience, I have been able to diagnose and fix either a software issue or hardware problem, thus saving my friends some time, trouble and money.
